Beth and Jeff

It started with a love of homes and everything real estate years ago. We always followed trends and housing news, had experience buying and selling multiple properties over our lifetime for ourselves and working with rental investments.

As we are approaching our 6th year in the business, we have produced over 19 million in sales volume and sold homes in 23 different cities in the Greater Cleveland area. Our referral business has grown and we are excited to announce we will soon be adding a new member to our team, to continue offering top notch client service and experience as our business grows.

Beth and Jeff do real estate different. Our focus is offering an exceptional “above and beyond” client experience, which means always keeping the client’s best interest our priority. We are not in this business just to sell a house, we care more about clients finding and purchasing the right home for them.

Our business focuses on quality, not quantity. We want to provide as much value as possible to the client, which has helped us build our business by referrals. While others are making cold calls, chasing strangers on the internet and paying for sales leads, we focus on building personal relationships with current clients, past clients, friends and family. We have found this to be key in the success of our business, and it is far more rewarding.

Real estate is a second career for both of us. We had successful prior careers, but when we reached our 50's we decided to embark on a second career we could do together that would utilize our skills and provide both value and benefit to others. We love what we do and we love helping others!
